Update Modem
 
Current Software Version: 7.7.3r5
 
You may update your modem software by downloading the latest version from your service provider's support site to your PC's hard drive and then applying the update.
Select the update file you have placed on your PC's hard drive by clicking on the "Browse" button.



Then click on the button below.
Do not turn off your modem or disconnect any wires or cords during this process. You will be notified when the update has completed.
 
Note: Due to the nature of this Simulator, the Update Software button is non-functional. Normally, the technician would see a progress indicator, and then ultimately a completion message when the firmware has been sent to the CPE. The technician or consumer would then be required to restart the CPE.
